Located in Chéu, in a peaceful village just 26 km from Auxerre and 18 km from Chablis, the independent cottage "Le Sophora" welcomes you for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Fully restored with modern amenities, it can accommodate up to four people and is located in the same courtyard as the owners. The automated entrance gate is shared with the owner. In the village, you will find a bakery-pastry shop-grocery store "La Grignette", a café-restaurant-tobacco-newsagent-games store "Chez Tof", an equestrian center and a rechargeable electric terminal. On the ground floor, the cottage includes:
* a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and an air-conditioned living area with a relaxing sofa
* a bedroom with a comfortable 160 x 200 cm double bed
* a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet

Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, you will find a large bedroom with three 90 x 190 cm single beds and a bathroom with toilet.
