Quiet, at the foot of the Reuilly vineyards and close to those of Quincy, you will be charmed by this large building fitted out in a contemporary style and its large grounds (pond for fishing, pétanque, portico, lounges and garden, deckchairs, etc.). From June to September, and from mid-May if the outside temperature allows it, you will enjoy the private 8x5 swimming pool, depth 1.20 m, heated, fenced and equipped with an alarm. The basement will be your leisure area: table tennis, table football, American billiards, weight bench, exercise bike,... and even a cellar for your regional wine tastings. Capacity authorized up to 13 people. but MAX 10 ADULTS with 3 CHILDREN or 11 ADULTS with 1 CHILD. The ground floor consists of an entrance, a very large bright living room with dining area and living room with wood stove (TV and orange TV, wifi, etc.), a kitchen equipped with a small shower room/WC. The floor leads to 4 bedrooms: 3 doubles (140 beds), one with its private bathroom/WC and 1 for 4-5 people. (140 bed and platform bed only for children and teenagers with a 120 bed and a 90 bed) and a shower room/WC and a good quality convertible sofa with a real mattress.
Prices include: beds made on arrival, bathroom and household linen, cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage cans), electricity (up to 25 kwh at off-peak hours and 25 kwh at peak hours per day, [hidden] approximately 10 euros per day), wood, etc..., a resort liability must be sent by email before arriving on the premises (the owner will contact you).
