Dining room, equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room, 4 bedrooms in modern colors (one with 4 single beds), a small relaxation area on the mezzanine, 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. For your comfort, sheets are included in the price and the beds with duvets are made upon your arrival! Pétanque court at the bottom of the hamlet. We look forward to welcoming you in all seasons. In a quiet location, this family home will seduce you with its comfort and quality furnishings. In summer, you can have lunch and enjoy the wooden terrace in the refreshing shade of the lime tree with private outdoor areas of 1000 m² (not enclosed). Courtyard, lawns and large grassy area surround the cottage. At an altitude of 800 m, come and discover our beautiful mid-mountain landscapes. Located southwest of Roanne, on the borders of the Puy de Dôme and Allier regions, the Pays d'Urfé and Côte Roannaise will surprise you with the diversity and beauty of their landscapes, nestled in unspoiled nature near the Livradois Forez Regional Park (France's largest mountain bike area, certified by the French Federation of Mountain Biking Federations).
