On the ground floor: a 30m² living room with a dining area and lounge, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, a third bedroom with two 90cm x 190cm beds, and a toilet with a washbasin. In both upstairs bedrooms, the original beams of the building are 1.55m high.
