Upstairs, on the first landing, there is a bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a bedroom (four single beds, two of which are bunk beds) with an en-suite WC. On a second landing (accessed by two steps), a hallway leads to four attic bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds), each with its own en-suite bathroom (shower and WC). In the basement, there is a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Wi-Fi is available. Outside, there is a small terrace at the rear, accessible from the living room, and a second terrace on the side of the house, below the kitchen. Shared wooded grounds of 4,000 m². Covered bicycle storage available. Parking for two cars within the grounds, easy street parking. This accommodation is semi-detached to another gîte (H85G030680).
