Description of the accommodation

Gite of 200 m² on the ground floor + upper floor with a living room of 73m² with open and bright kitchen thanks to its glass roof overlooking the garden. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom and a complete bathroom which is accessible to people with reduced mobility and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with private shower rooms and WC and a mezzanine opening onto the living room with two 90 cm beds. This family building consists of a house and a farmhouse with more than 100 years. The owners were able to rehabilitate the chapi with taste and respect for the building. The beautiful living room with its fully equipped kitchen is ideal for your stays with family and friends. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and are personalized on the themes of: the stable, the Chazelles hat shop in Lyon and the Lyon ball.
The cottage has a fenced and secure garden for children with lawn, a terrace of approximately 20 m2, a bowling alley, a swing and various games. For added comfort, charges are included in the rental price, beds are made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is provided.
