In a small hamlet on the edge of the forest, detached gîte.

Ground floor: Veranda, kitchen/living room/lounge (wood-burning stove), 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed), shower room with WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom with WC. Travel cot and high chair.

Terrace. 300 m² enclosed garden with a fence (+/-80cm). 2 pets allowed.
Bicycles can be stored in the enclosed barn adjoining the gîte. 2 parking spaces in the courtyard.

Nearby: numerous hiking trails, equestrian center, tourist attractions. 7 km from Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, 15 km from Sens and its Gothic cathedral, Joigny, a Town of Art and History. Less than 1.5 hours from Troyes, the city of 10 churches and its factory outlets.

Charges and options: Bed linen rental: single sheet €7 / double sheet €14 / towels per person: €5 / end-of-stay cleaning: €50 / cubic meter of wood: €50. Heating and electricity are extra (8 kWh included/day).
