1500 m² private plot. Living room with kitchenette (fridge/freezer, washing machine), with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), one ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm). Access to the second bedroom via a steep ladder, two single beds (90x190 cm), shower room, toilet. Electric heating.

Terrace and garden furniture. Private parking. End-of-stay cleaning available for an additional fee. In the heart of the Morvan region, 30 meters from the stunning Lake Pannecière, nestled in lush greenery, this very quiet chalet features two French doors opening onto a south-facing terrace overlooking the lake.

Ten minutes from Château-Chinon, near Mont Beuvray and Bibracte, with numerous activities available. Best fishing season from April to June and in September. Yonne River, 10 km of shoreline, predominant fish: trout and grayling. Lake Pannecière (520 ha): pike, zander, carp. Fishing options include coarse fishing, spin fishing, fly fishing, and sport fishing. The lake is regularly restocked with zander, pike, and carp. Fishing tackle is available at La Boutique in Chaumard (5 km) or at the Maison de la Presse in Château-Chinon (15 km). Tree-lined banks are accessible on foot.

Charges and options:
End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €60 for the week and €45 for the weekend.
Heating and electricity are extra.
Security deposit: €1000 by uncashed check.

One pet is welcome free of charge.

Check-in is possible before 7:00 PM. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
