There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), one with two single beds (70 x 190 cm) that can be joined together, and one accessible bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together, and a desk. There is also a separate toilet and reversible air conditioning. Outside, there is private parking. Large, unfenced garden of 1000 m² with a trampoline, swing, and a shared 10m x 5m semi-inground swimming pool (depth: 1.40 m / private use of the pool is possible upon request to the owners).
