By choosing to stay in this 18th-century cottage, you will be immersed in a place steeped in history where the key words are authenticity, comfort, and refinement. You will ideally be located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, facing the castle.

L'Echoppe Est Belle and La Seigneurie (H21G028271 and H21H030030) merge to create a single, spacious cottage with a total capacity of 13 people. (2 additional beds are possible upon request – maximum 15 people). On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker, appliances, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, etc. A living room with a flat-screen TV and a large 26 m² bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, the landing leads to two connecting bedrooms, one of which is 30m² with a lovely bathroom, separate toilet, and an alcove featuring a high-quality sofa bed (140x190cm) and a desk. On the other side, a fourth bedroom (tiled floor and exposed beams) with an en-suite bathroom offers direct access to a small terrace.
All bedrooms are spacious and feature queen-size beds (160x200cm) and flat-screen TVs.

On the second floor, the 100m² La Seigneurie gîte features a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cellar, Nespresso machine, etc.) and a flat-screen TV.

Two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, and the other, sublime with its high ceiling and beams, offers a 160x200cm double bed. Tiled floors offer a lovely view of the Château.
And to top off this comfort, you'll access (via a few steps) an extraordinary bathroom made of Burgundy stone. A bathtub, double walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

The combination of noble materials such as wood, Burgundy stone, and terracotta tiles, combined with modern amenities, makes this accommodation unique.

A small, pleasant, enclosed, and private courtyard (garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue are available).
