Charming medieval stay with pets allowed

The 105m² La Seigneurie gîte is located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, facing the castle. It is located on the second floor of an 18th-century residence and is ideal for 4 people.

The spacious living area consists of a lounge/dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cellar, Nespresso machine, etc.). A lounge area with a flat-screen TV is also available.

There are two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and the other, sublime thanks to its high ceilings and beams, with a 160x200cm double bed. The floor tiles offer a lovely view of the castle. A baby cot and high chair are available.

And to top off this comfort, you will access (via a few steps) a unique bathroom made of Burgundy stone. It features a bathtub, double walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

The combination of noble materials such as wood, Burgundy stone, and terracotta tiles, combined with modern amenities, makes this accommodation unique.
Despite the layout of this unusual village, you can enjoy a small enclosed courtyard, shared with the 9-person gîte located below (garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue are available). A washing machine is shared between both gîtes.

All-inclusive gîte: heating, electricity, towels, beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets welcome (€8 per day with a €200 pet deposit).

The gîte can be rented with gîte 21G2331 under reference 21G4072 for a total capacity of 13 people (2 additional beds are possible with the sofa bed upon request). Travel cot and chair.

Burgundy Canal at the foot of the village with a cycle path on site. Walks. Motorway exit: Pouilly-en-Auxois, 10 km away
