Description of the accommodation

Charming gite overlooking the owners' vineyard, located in a renovated old building, 15 km from Nantes and 20 km from Clisson. Another gite for 2 people on the site, completely independent. Private parking in the property.
Unfenced land with terrace. Swimming pool 9x4 m covered and heated (April to the end of September) shared with the owners and the other gite. Portico, ping-pong and Nantes ball available (shared with the other gite).
Single storey: living room/living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room, separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, home cinema, tumble dryer, freezer and complete baby equipment.
All inclusive: electric heating, sheets (beds made), bathroom and household linen, wood.
Cleaning option (60€). Tourist tax in addition.
