In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, this detached house, surrounded by nature, is divided into 3 gîtes, with the owner living nearby. Access via a private path, and the road is 300 m away. The house comprises a living room, kitchen, shower room, and toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. A laundry room with a washing machine is shared between the 3 gîtes, and central heating is included. Ping-pong is available. The indoor pool is heated year-round, with independent and regulated access (time slots can be reserved). The owners also have access to the lakes (Les Settons and Pannecière), a cradle of hiking. Château-Chinon is 3 km away, with its Costume and Septennat museums. The gîte is not designed to accommodate children; it can accommodate 2 adults.
