In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, this house is divided into 3 gîtes, with the owner nearby. Access via a private path, road 300m away. Access to the gîte via a few steps: Living room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a 140x190 cm bed each, and the last one with two 90x190 cm beds. Two bedrooms are on the lower level (a few steps). Bathroom (shower), separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine shared by the 3 gîtes, central heating included. A crib, high chair, and baby bath are available. Table tennis. Indoor lap pool heated year-round with independent and regulated access (time slots reserved) at the owners' premises. Private parking. Close to the lakes (Les Settons, Pannecière), a popular hiking destination.
Please note: maximum capacity of 6 people (including 1 baby), no more than 6 people.
