Located on a busy road but close to shops, a newly renovated semi-detached cottage awaits you! A private courtyard at the front of the cottage features garden furniture, while a small courtyard at the rear offers sun loungers, a table, a foosball table, and a lovely view. Parking is available on the sidewalk in front of the cottage or across the road.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso-type capsule coffee machine and kitchen scales), a living room with a lounge area, TV, mini stereo system, Blu-ray/DVD player, Wi-Fi, board games, and books. Enjoy a pleasant, unobstructed view. There is also a small bathroom with a toilet and shower.
Upstairs, two large adjoining bedrooms (divided by a screen) each offer either a king-size bed (180x200cm) or two single beds (90x200cm), as well as a study area ideal for working from home.
Baby equipment available: travel cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, and bottle warmer.
An ironing board and steam iron are also available.
From the kitchen, you can access the cellar where you'll find the washing machine, dryer, electric barbecue/griddle, and the small back courtyard.
You can also store your bicycles there via an external access point.
An ideal starting point for exploring the Morvan region and its many outdoor activities.
For your convenience, your host welcomes late arrivals.

All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival (depending on the configuration you will have agreed upon with the owner before your arrival, [hidden], four 90x200 cm beds or two 180x200 cm beds); towels and household linen are provided. Heating and electricity are included (subject to reasonable consumption). End-of-stay cleaning is included (provided the cottage is left in a reasonable condition). The €300 security deposit, payable by check, is refundable within one week of departure.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
