Ground floor: living room with kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom with 1 double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, toilet.
First floor: mezzanine living room, access with steps to a bedroom with low crossing beams and 1 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Covered terrace of 50 m², private unfenced garden of 400 m², carport. Shared with the other gîte and the owners: heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m) from 01/06 to 30/09, unsupervised (barrier), open from May to September depending on the weather.
Hi-fi system. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub, potty.
Sheets, bathroom and household linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Reinforced Green'Up socket for charging electric vehicles (included in your stay)
Food Truck in the village on Thursday every 15 days during the summer. Independent gîte close to the owner's house and another gîte in a village near Périgord (Brantôme and Piégut market 30 minutes away).
