Ground floor: living room with kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine living room, access with steps to a bedroom with low beams and a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds.
50 m² covered terrace, 400 m² private unfenced garden, carport. Shared with the other gîte and the owners: heated swimming pool (solar heating, 10 x 5 m, open from June 15 to September 30, weather permitting, unsupervised (barrier).
Stereo system. The gîte is air-conditioned in all rooms.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub, potty.
Bed linens, towels, and household linens provided, beds made upon arrival.
Green'Up reinforced socket for charging electric vehicles (included in the stay).
Food truck in the village every other Thursday during the summer. Independent gîte close to the owner's house and another gîte in a village near the Périgord region (Brantôme and Piégut market are 30 minutes away).
