Gite Charras, 4 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-653-7

Ground floor: living room with kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), shower room, toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine lounge, access via a step to a bedroom with low beams and a double bed (140cm), and a bedroom with two single beds (90cm).
Covered 50m² terrace with garden furniture, private unfenced 400m² garden, carport with reinforced Green'Up socket for charging electric vehicles (included in the rental price).
Shared with the other gîte and the owners: heated swimming pool (solar heating, 10 x 5m, open from June 15th to September 30th depending on the weather, unsupervised (fenced), depth 1m to 1.80m). Stereo system. Air conditioning throughout.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, booster seat, stair gate.

Bed linens, towels, and household linens provided; beds made upon arrival. Barbecue. Food truck in the village every other Thursday during the summer. Independent cottage near the owner's house and another cottage in a village near the Périgord region (Brantôme and Piégut market 30 minutes away).
