In the heart of a 2,500 m² English-style landscaped garden, this spacious 18th-century house has been fully restored.

Ground floor: dining room with wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, living room opening onto the terrace, games room with foosball table, laundry room, shower room with WC, and a second separate WC.
Upstairs: large mezzanine, 3 bedrooms, shower room, and separate WC. One bedroom has three single beds (2 of which can be joined together) and a double bed; one bedroom has a double bed; and the third has a double bed and a single bed. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

Outside, you'll enjoy the pleasant, unfenced, flower-filled garden shared with the owners. The Jardin de la Clochette is home to around a hundred varieties of roses, some 350 perennials, and a vegetable garden.
