Partially enclosed lawn (1000 m²), garden furniture, carport. Private above-ground swimming pool available. Fishing possible in a pond belonging to the owner near the cottage. Moulins 40 km. Cosne d'Allier 15 km. Mountain biking trails accessible from the cottage.
