On the ground floor, you have 2 steps outside to access a beautiful entrance of 12 m² with a relaxation area followed by a large living room with a dining room, sofas, TV, DVD player, Wifi . You will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160x190 bed, a bathroom with bathtub, double sink. Independent WC. Upstairs, you will benefit from 2 bedrooms each with 1 140x190 bed, desk. A bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a mezzanine with games and books. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated and open from mid-May to the end of September (subject to the weather), 8 x 4 m, 1.50m deep, salt, secured by a rolling wheel (a toilet and a solar shower). Garden furniture (enclosed 2000m2), parasol, charcoal barbecue. Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, changing mat, potty, toilet reducer, bath seat, bath ring. Cleaning at end of stay 80€.
