This cottage is located a short half-hour from Dijon and the tourist sites of the Auxois region: Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the Alésia archaeological site, etc. It's 28 km from the Dijon-Prenois race track and 20 km from the Alésia Museum Park. Just 5 km from the source of the Seine, this detached, semi-detached house is arranged over two levels. It includes a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a shower room, two toilets, a covered shelter, a shared courtyard, and parking. Baby equipment is available: cot, high chair, and baby bath. Bicycle storage is also available.
