Gite Champlin, 2 bedrooms, 5 persons - FR-1-819-713

Ideally located between La Charité-sur-Loire and Clamecy, this detached 19th-century family home is surrounded by 2000 m² of wooded grounds, partially enclosed. It has been beautifully restored in keeping with traditional style, featuring French-style ceilings. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, living room (with a sofa bed for two), separate WC, and a small shower room (with a large shower). Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the other with two double beds (140x190 cm). A cot and high chair are available. Private parking is provided. Garden furniture and a vegetable garden are at your disposal. Only one pet is allowed.

In the heart of the Nièvre region, there are numerous opportunities for walking and cycling (three adult and two children's bicycles are available) on the surrounding paths and through the forests. Fishing is possible in the village pond or the river (two children's fishing rods are available). Hunting is permitted in season.

Near the sites of Arthel, Montenoison, Compierre, Vézelay, the ponds (Merle pond for swimming) and lakes of the Morvan (Les Settons or Pannecière-Chaumard), and the Tannay vineyards. Closer by, you can visit the Vaux and Baye ponds, starting points for eco-friendly barge trips on the Canal du Nivernais.

No internet box or Wi-Fi access, but good 4G coverage. Bed linens, final cleaning, towels, and kitchen linens are provided.
