In a small village on the Way of St. James, this gîte adjoins the owner's house, with no overlooking neighbours. The front of the gîte features an enclosed courtyard, a veranda entrance, a living room with a lounge, TV, Wi-Fi, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, and a bedroom with two 80x190cm beds. Another bedroom with a 140x200cm bed opens onto a second veranda and a partially enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and fruit trees. Upstairs, there is access to a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and its private bathroom (shower and macerator toilet). Shops are available on site. Close to Prémery, La Charité-sur-Loire (Town of Art and History), the Côteaux de la Charité vineyard, and the Bertranges forest.

This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.

Charges and Options: Heating and electricity are extra for those using more than 8 kWh per day. A cubic meter of wood costs €70. Bed linen rental: €10 per bed. Towel rental: €15 per person. End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €70. Free pet fee (€100 deposit) - Please note: dogs over 30 kg are not allowed.
