In a small village on the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago), this semi-detached cottage, adjoining the owner's house, offers complete privacy. A private courtyard is located at the front of the cottage, which is accessed via a veranda. The living area includes a lounge, TV, Wi-Fi, dining room, kitchen, shower room with shower and separate WC, one bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) leading to a second veranda and the partially enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and fruit trees. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and its own private shower room (shower and macerating WC). Shops are available locally. The cottage is close to Prémery, La Charité-sur-Loire (a town of art and history), the vineyards of the Coteaux de la Charité, and the Bertranges forest.
This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.
Charges and options: Heating and electricity are extra beyond the included 8 kWh/day. Firewood: €70 per stere. Towel rental: €15 per person. End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €70. Pets are welcome free of charge (deposit €100) - Please note that dogs over 30 kg are not allowed. Bed linen is included and beds are made upon arrival.
