Gite Champeau-en-Morvan, 2 bedrooms, 4 persons - FR-1-819-380

Ideal for people with electromagnetic hypersensitivity, nestled in the heart of the forest and featuring a spa, Fernando and Gisèle will be delighted to welcome you to the chalet 'Il était une fois...' (Once Upon a Time...), located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park on a large, unfenced 10,000m² wooded and flower-filled property.

This accommodation includes a small open-plan kitchen leading to a comfortable living room with a high-efficiency wood-burning stove, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm). There is a bathroom with a large shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

A cot, high chair, stroller, and small bathtub are also available, as well as linens. The spa is open from approximately April 15th to October 15th, depending on the frost.

A beautiful 35m² terrace offers a dining area, a lounge area, and a barbecue.

The grounds are furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs, hammocks, and sleeping bags for evenings or nights under the stars. Numerous games, furniture, and children's toys: swings, slide, sandbox. Four adult mountain bikes, two teen bikes, and two toddler bikes are available.

Hiking trails are accessible on-site. The property is not fenced. Your pets are welcome at no extra charge (two pets allowed). This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Nearby: Saulieu (5 km): a gastronomic town with a swimming pool. Lake Chamboux (3 km): swimming and fishing. Les Settons (20 km): numerous water sports.
