The cottage, accessed via a gentle slope, opens onto a spacious living area with two lounge spaces, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with ample storage space under the sink and hob. Cooking enthusiasts will be delighted: pressure cooker, raclette grill, blender, electric grater, waffle iron... everything you need to prepare delicious meals!

Two bedrooms are available: the first has two 80x200cm motorized beds that can be converted into a 160x200cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, shower seat/grab bar, and a toilet with a grab bar. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x190cm). You will have a separate bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue will be perfect for sunny days! A small private garden provides a peaceful retreat. The exterior is currently being finished, and the private area will be enclosed by July 2026.
