In the heart of Auxois, Agnès offers you, as an extension of her home, a gîte with independent entrance, located on the 1st floor. This old barn has been tastefully renovated. The charm of the old has been preserved while bringing modernity and originality.

The gîte, bright, is composed of a pretty living room with lounge area and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a bathroom with Italian shower. Additional sleeping space possible in a convertible sofa (140x190cm).

Laundry area shared with the owner.

Agnès gives you access to her vast 2000m2 garden, enclosed, with vegetable garden and orchard, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and relaxation area.

Many possibilities for discoveries and activities nearby: hiking, Burgundy Canal cycle route, boat cruises in Pouilly-en-Auxois, castles of Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. Lakes of Cercey, Panthier and Grosbois with beaches developed in season. 30 minutes from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, Beaune, the capital of Burgundy Wines, the MuséoParc Alésia and the Morvan Regional Park.

Restaurants and 18-hole golf course in a prestigious setting in the village, accessible on foot.

Private parking in front of the cottage. A6 motorway exit - Pouilly-en-Auxois less than 7 km away and shops 4 km away.
All-inclusive cottage cleaning, bed linen, towels... Pets not allowed.
Agnès also offers a guest room "Aux blés d'Or" in her adjoining house.
