Ground floor: spacious living room with lounge area, closed fireplace, and dining area. Fitted kitchen with access to the garden. Bathroom with corner bathtub. Separate WC. Laundry room.

Upstairs: landing with a sofa bed providing two additional sleeping spaces. One bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together. One bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and two single pull-out beds (80x200cm). Shower room with WC.

Private enclosed garden of 250m² at the rear of the house. Access to the cottage is via a shared courtyard (no parking available) with the owner at the front. Bicycle storage. Easy and free street parking alongside the cottage.

All inclusive: linens and towels, final cleaning, oil heating and firewood for the fireplace, electricity.

Chaignay is a small village of just over 500 inhabitants, ideally nestled in the heart of a magnificent region. It's close to Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, a major center of French history and gastronomy. Just 30 minutes away, you can reach the Route des Grands Crus at Gevrey-Chambertin and then continue through Morey-Saint-Denis, Vougeot, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet. Nearby activities include hiking, treetop adventure courses, paintball, and the Bèze caves.
