The Gîte des Perdreaux is located in the heart of the village, housed in a fully restored period building. You'll be charmed by the traditional stone and wood renovation and captivated by the bold harmony of its modern and rustic décor. Ground floor: dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a panoramic wood-burning stove, separate WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm) and a pull-out bed (80 cm), shower room with WC.

Both levels offer access to the terrace and the enclosed 100 m² garden. A travel cot, high chair, and baby bath are available. Shared parking with a second adjoining gîte for 3 people.

Chaignay is a small village of just over 500 inhabitants, ideally nestled in the heart of a magnificent region. Dijon, the capital of Burgundy and a major center of French history and gastronomy, is only 20 minutes away. No more than 30 minutes to reach the Route des Grands Crus in Gevrey-Chambertin and then continue through Morey-Saint-Denis, Vougeot, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet. Nearby: hiking, treetop adventure courses, paintball, motocross, and the Bèze caves.
