On the borders of Berry, Sologne, and Touraine, 25 minutes from Beauval Zoo, 15 minutes from Valençay Castle, and close to the Loire Valley châteaux, this village house features a courtyard and private covered parking.

Located in the center of the village of Chabris, close to shops.

1.3 km from the Cher River (2nd category). On the ground floor: 3 steps leading from the street, living room, dining room, kitchen, private toilet, courtyard accessible from the living room and kitchen.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and 1 bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) that can be joined to make a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a shower room.

The accommodation is air-conditioned for your comfort.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day included (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
