Charming village house in the Morvan

In the heart of the village of Cervon, this semi-detached village house is near the square (free public parking) and bakery. On the raised ground floor (access via 4 steps): entrance into the living room with open kitchen, 3 steps lead to the bathroom (large shower) and separate toilet, and a small outdoor area. On the first floor, on the landing, there is a teleworking space, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a relaxation area with books and board games, and a separate toilet. Accommodation is all-inclusive: bed linen (bed made upon arrival), towels, kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity. A bag of pellets is available at an additional cost: €8/bag.
The cottage is close to a bakery, nearby rivers (the Anguisson and the Auxois), and several starting points for short hikes to explore the town and its 14 hamlets. Cervon is located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park: hiking, mountain biking, swimming, water sports... discover the Settons lake 40 minutes away, the Pannecière lake 20 minutes away, and the Baye and Vaux ponds 20 minutes away (fishing, water sports). You can also walk along the towpath along the Nivernais Canal (10 minutes) to discover its locks and eat in the open-air cafés. Bazoches Castle and the village of Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are also 30 minutes away.
