Near Argenton-sur-Creuse, Gargilesse-Dampierre, Lake Eguzon, and on the banks of the Creuse River, this cottage offers access to a beach just 50 meters away.

On-site activities include canoe rentals, fishing, hiking, and a children's playground. The cottage is semi-detached and located near a natural campsite.

Ground floor (one step up): kitchen/living/dining room (with wood-burning stove) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) - shower room - separate toilet.

Upstairs: attic bedroom (3 single beds, sink).

Electric heating and wood for the wood-burning stove are included in the rates.

Private parking.
Independent, enclosed garden (parasol, bench, garden table) and wooden terrace.
