Discover this beautiful two-story house of approximately 110 m², located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the town center, near the lake, with a lovely outdoor space overlooking the canal.

You can park two cars in the garage in front of the house. The entrance leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and filter coffee maker.

The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi and opens onto a terrace with a griddle.

There is a separate toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) for two people, a shower, a sink, and a washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet. A third bedroom also has a double bed (140 cm) and opens onto a terrace. The fourth and final bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) for two people and a wardrobe/dressing area.
The house does not have shutters, only blackout curtains. You can enjoy outdoor furniture and a griddle for meals with family and friends.

Just a few minutes' walk from all amenities: bakery, butcher, bar/tobacconist/newsagent, Auchan supermarket, pharmacy, bike rental… and all the restaurants by the lake. A sunny holiday awaits!
