Nestled in a pine forest and directly on the beach, this beautiful 4-bedroom villa with air conditioning will charm you with its prime location!

The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room opening onto the terrace, a large, fully equipped separate kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower room, also opening onto the terrace.

Upstairs, there are two further beautiful master suites, each with a balcony, shower room, and/or bathroom with toilet.

The beach is just steps from the garden!

Parking spaces are available in the shade of the many trees.
