On the main floor with access from the street is the kitchen, living room with access to the terrace and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and a [hidden] can park comfortably in front of the house on the street.Distance to La Mora beach 10 min on foot. There is a small supermarket, bakery, different bars and restaurants. There is a park for the little ones.
