On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright living room with an open kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and its outdoor space. Down a few steps, you will find two bedrooms (double bed) and a bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms and a generously sized bathroom.
Outside, you will find a large terrace equipped with several deckchairs, garden furniture, and a very large swimming pool.
Parking:
There is ample parking for several cars in front of the property.
Amenities:
An outdoor gas barbecue, microwave, refrigerator, large freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are provided; sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils for 8 people are also provided. There is also a citrus press, washing machine, hair dryer, garden furniture, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and a television with Netflix and Canal + access.

Its panoramic view offers a view of lush countryside bordered by quality wine estates under azure blue skies. In the distance, the Cap Canaille massif dominates the city.
