Independent villa comprising two self-catering cottages (which can only be rented together) with a shared entrance, ideal for two families or friends, with a private swimming pool open year-round and heated only from late April to early October.
You will have access to a dining table for 12 people and another for 8 people. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned for your comfort.
First cottage: on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a fireplace, television, and Wi-Fi. One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm). A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms: the first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), the second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and the third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm). A bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
Second cottage: a kitchen separated by a step from the living room with a dining table for 8 people. On the first floor, a suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own private bathroom. A separate toilet. A relaxation area with a sofa and a television. On the second floor, a mezzanine. 15 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, close to numerous tourist sites such as the Château de Beynac, the Château de Castelnaud, the Vézère Valley, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Lascaux... You are located on the D61, 3 km from the quarry.
You can enjoy pleasant views of the countryside and a natural setting. A private swimming pool, open year-round, covered by a dome, heated only from May to the end of September (saltwater), measuring 8.75m x 4.05m, with a depth of 1.10m to 1.60m.
The outdoor area includes a lovely park with a trampoline, ping-pong table, and swing.

If you would like the pool heated from the beginning of October to the end of April (flat rate of €30 per day, payable on site). During periods of extreme cold, the pool cannot be heated above 20 degrees Celsius.
