- a living/dining room open to the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy a view of the port of Capbreton
- a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm each, which can be made into a double bed of 180 cm) with its own adjoining terrace
- a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds (90 cm each)
- a shower room
- separate toilet
- a storage room

The communal swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 30th.

Please note that linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included. Please contact the agency for rates. Upon arrival, two security deposits will be required: one of €500 for the accommodation and one of €90 for the end-of-stay cleaning.
