Located in the Landes department in New Aquitaine, Capbreton is a very old fishing port, born at the mouth of the Adour.
Since the beginning of the 20th century, this place has transformed to become today a very popular seaside resort. A lively city center, very long promenades designed for pedestrians and cyclists, huge supervised beaches, a casino, not forgetting two spots well known to surfers.
Capbreton never ceases to attract and surprise. Bars, restaurants, trendy places, [hidden] a weekend or vacation, drop your bags off and enjoy!
Description of the accommodation
Large family house sleeping 11 with a beautiful, large garden with trees, very close to the Capbreton marina.
The sleeping area upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms with 3 160 cm beds and 3 90 cm beds including a master suite with a bathroom consisting of a bathtub and a shower with massage jet. This room also has a dressing room and a balcony. You will also find an additional bathroom.
On the ground floor, you will discover a 5th bedroom with a 160 cm bed opening onto a large bright living room and its dining room. The fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker) is adjoining and opens onto the outdoor terrace.
To complete everything, a bathroom and a WC are present outside. You will enjoy a large garden and a beautiful covered terrace equipped with a kitchen. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation price.
To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
