At the back of the apartment, a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) facing east. From the living room, access to a mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) with sloping ceilings ranging from 50 cm to 150 cm. Shower room with washbasin. Separate WC.
WiFi – underground parking.

This apartment is particularly appreciated for its prime seafront location and its immediate proximity to Notre-Dame beach. Cycle paths run nearby and the harbour area is just a short walk away. A few restaurants are located on the ground floor of the residence, making it easy to enjoy the lively seafront terraces. The underground parking space is also a very valuable feature in this area.
