Charming little semi-detached villa on the ground floor, measuring 52 m², completely renovated and fully air-conditioned, for 5 people, with a 26 m² south-facing terrace overlooking the pine forest.

At the entrance you will find a sofa bed that converts to a double bed and a toilet.
There is also a laundry room and a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, with a freezer and washing machine.

Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, extractor hood, 2-burner electric hob, electric coffee maker with SENSEO and Nespresso coffee machines).
In the living room you will find a sofa, TV, and furniture. View of the terrace.

Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and storage (high-end bedding). Both bedrooms are also air-conditioned. A bathroom with a bathtub and a second separate toilet.

Other amenities: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, clothes horse, hairdryer (Babyliss 2300W), steamer, and for remote working, two computer screens, one of which is 21 inches.

TV (French channels only).

Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are available for guests, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. You can contact the agency, which will provide you with a Wi-Fi router (5GB per day) for €7 per day or €39 per week.

Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.

For any booking of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, you will receive a complimentary 2-hour boat trip on the agency's catamaran.
