"Les Paradores" residence, a quiet, family-friendly, and secure complex with a swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), located in the Pinède district, 1 km from Roquille beach, shops, and the port. This semi-detached villa (45 m²) with private parking comprises:

On the ground floor:

- Entrance hall, living room and kitchen (over 20 m²) with table and chairs, sofa bed (160 cm), flat-screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:
dishwasher, electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee maker, and "L'Or" coffee machine (Nespresso compatible).

- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and vanity unit.

- Separate WC with window.

- One bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a 140x190 cm bed.

Upstairs, on the open mezzanine, there is a 160x190 cm double bed.

A baby cot is also available. In the veranda you will find a storage unit and an electric griddle.

Air conditioning.
Large parking space (room for two small cars).
Terrace at the rear of the house (25 m²) with a table and six chairs.

TV (French channels only).

Pets are not allowed.

This accommodation is equipped with two ultrasonic mosquito repellent devices.
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. You can contact the agency, which offers a Wi-Fi hotspot (5GB per day) for €7 per day or €39 per week.

Sheets, towels, and dish towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if needed.
