The "Les Paradores" residence, a quiet, secure, family-friendly residence with a swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), is located in the Pinède district, 1 km from La Roquille beach, shops, and the port. This semi-detached villa (45 m²) with private parking is comprised of:

Large parking space (two cars can be parked) and a 15 m² terrace (west-facing) in front of the house with two tables and four chairs.
Rear terrace, east-facing (23 m²) with a table, six chairs, and four folding deckchairs.

Pets NOT ALLOWED

Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided for guests, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.

Free Wi-Fi is available in July and August.

Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.

Baby crib rental: €15 per week.

The final cleaning is at your expense. If you wish to purchase the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs €110.

For any reservation of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, you will receive a complimentary 2-hour boat trip on the agency's catamaran.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- 2-bedroom housekeeping: €110.
- TOWEL RENTAL/PERSON: €10.
- BABY COT RENTAL/WEEK: €15.
- SHEET RENTAL/BED: €15.
