The apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bathrooms provide additional convenience: one includes a bathtub and the other a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and hob, as well as cutlery, plates and all essential utensils needed to prepare meals. The living area includes a Smart TV with box service, creating a pleasant space to relax after a day out. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available. The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
