Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Features a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, and all the cookware, cutlery, and plates you'll need.

Modern Comforts: The studio is equipped with air conditioning, and a smart TV for your convenience. The bathroom includes a shower, and a hairdryer is provided.

Essentials Included: Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Private Parking: Your booking includes a secure garage parking spot for one car.

Flexible Check-in: We offer a wide check-in window from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning to accommodate late arrivals.

Important Information:

Local Tourist Tax: The City Hall of Santa Cruz requires a tourist tax of €2 per guest (13 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This fee is not included in the Airbnb price and must be paid to us directly before check-in so we can remit it to the municipality. We will provide all payment details a few days before your arrival.

Subtropical Environment: Madeira is a beautiful subtropical island. While we take every measure to prevent them, you may occasionally see insects or small animals.

House Rules: To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the studio.
