Situated on the 5th floor with an elevator, this bright apartment features a southwest-facing balcony with views of the town and mountains, perfect for enjoying the sun or relaxing in the evening.

The living room includes a convertible sofa bed for 2 (130 cm) and a television. The kitchenette is fully equipped with 3 ceramic hob burners, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare your meals.

The bedroom comfortably accommodates 3 people with two bunk beds (90 cm each) and a single bed (90 cm). The bathroom includes a toilet.

A public parking subscription is included from July 1st to August 31st, providing extra convenience and peace of mind during your stay.
