Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment offers 25 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features an east-facing loggia with a beautiful sea view and Wi-Fi access.

The living area includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a television. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The sleeping alcove is furnished with a double bed (sleeps 2).
