The apartment is air-conditioned and features a closed loggia with a veranda, west-facing, offering mountain views. The living area includes a sofa bed and a television. The kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.

The west-facing bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), while the east-facing bedroom has two single beds (90 cm each). The apartment also includes a bathroom, separate toilet, and a washing machine. A secure underground parking space (No. 60) with direct elevator access is included.
