As you can see, it is a spacious, bright and cosy apartment. It is located just a few metres from Can Picafort beach, an extensive beach with kilometres of white sand and beautiful waters.

In addition, the main street of Can Picafort is less than 10 minutes' walk from the property, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants with outdoor shows that will make your stay as entertaining as possible.

It has a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy the island's climate with your loved ones, a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV so that you feel at home, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one of them a bathroom and the other complete, with a bathtub) and three large bedrooms (two of them with a double bed and the remaining one with two single beds), all of them with large windows so that the sun is present at all times during your holidays. The property also has air conditioning and a heat pump.

The area and its beaches are totally recommendable. Its long seafront promenade, its extensive beach with a gentle slope towards the sea entrance and its two natural parks make Can Picafort the ideal place for everyone. You will also find a great variety of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants with outdoor shows and discos, the best summer atmosphere.
It is for all these reasons that we consider it an ideal apartment to enjoy with children. The port of Alcúdia is less than 10 minutes by car.

The entry and exit are flexible, as long as there are no other bookings, in which case the entry must be at 4:00 PM and the exit at 10:00 AM.
