The villa is divided into different rooms and floors that will allow you to be together and at the same time enjoy your own privacy.
It can accommodate up to 12 people and has 6 double bedrooms, all of them ensuite, with their own bathroom.
3 bedrooms with double beds, and 3 bedrooms with twin beds.
3 bathrooms with bathtub and 3 bathrooms with shower.
Several separate living rooms, main living room with fireplace, large dining room.
Modern and fully equipped kitchen, also with its dining area.

Porch, garden and private swimming pool.
Built-in barbecue and picnic table.
Garden furniture, sunbeds for sunbathing.
The villa is located in Vilafortuny, a residential area between Cambrils and Salou. A few meters from the house, you will find supermarkets and all tourist services. The beach is about 800m away.
It is part of a residential complex with high-quality communal facilities: a large garden, swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court and fronton court.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Weekly change of sheets and towels for bookings of 2 weeks or more.
- Free beach/pool towels.
- WIFI included during your stay.
- Air conditioning in 4 of the 6 bedrooms. There are 2 double rooms with a double bed which do not have an air conditioning unit.
- This villa is only rented to families. Groups are not accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, there are no grills on the barbecue, each guest must bring or buy their own.
- Security Deposit = 1.000€
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.
